Brennan's Painting did a great job on our home in Redington Shores. Everything was done as expected. Everything was properly prepped and area masked off. Unlike most, they didn't get any unwanted over spray on pour things. Also, nothing got damaged or broken.

The price was Kevin said it would be. He painted our home over 2 years ago, and it still looks great. No peeling or blistering anywhere. Kevin insisted that we use really good paint, and he was right.

We would recommend Brennen's Painting Service to anyone who wants the job done right. He's honest and a man of this word. Thanks Kevin!

When choosing a company to service the needs of Oakhurst Veterinary Hospital and Oakhurst Kennels, not only do I have the facility owner's concerns to consider, I also have to assure that our patients and their owners will not be affected...a very difficult task!

The thought of having to go through the process of painting the interior and exterior of our hospital and kennels made me cringe as I have endured my share of headaches in doing so in the past. I called the Benjamin Moore store in Seminole, FL to request a recommendation and they did not hesitate to tell me about Kevin Brennan. With my bottle of Excedrin at hand I met with Kevin. He addressed my concerns regarding our patients, promised to work around our schedule and assured me of a job that he would be proud of. I had heard these lines before and was right fully skeptical.

I found that the difference between "those other painters" and Kevin was that Kevin actually fulfilled all of his promises and assurances. He checked in frequently to assess our progress, returned my calls immediately when I had a question, offered recommendations for other repairs that we were in need of, finished in a timely manner and was both professional and personable. I will use Brennan's Painting Services again in the future and highly recommend that you give Kevin a call.

When I was thinking of getting some interior painting and repairs done at my home I wasn't sure where to begin. So I went to a local "green" business in my area who gave me two business cards with telephone numbers of painters that have used their paints. Brennan's Painting, Inc. was one of those numbers. He gave me references of his work in a folder which included his Certificate of Insurance and Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board of Competency Card. I was impressed as that doesn't happen very often.

Kevin and his painting team were such a joy to work with, always starting on time and cleaning up when it was time to go home. They even helped my daughter and I move the heavier furniture out of each room into our back room. Kevin was always available when I had questions and even suggested using Aura paint from Benjamin Moore which looks great and covers well. I was very pleased and it looks wonderful.

I also expressed to Kevin that I needed several other jobs done in my house. My living room ceiling needed to be plastered before painting, my wood floors needed sanding, and I also wanted Plantation shutters installed. To my amazement, Kevin knew dependable people could do those jobs. So along with Kevin we organized the painting first, then the wood floors and finally the shutters. Like Kevin, they too were very professional, and they all worked together coordinating each job and everything went like clockwork, which was a relief for me and my daughter. Thank you Kevin.

In the future I would not hesitate to call Kevin or refer Brennan's Painting, Inc. to anyone wanting their home painted.
